AR Rail Transit

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, while solving the problem of traffic congestion in densely populated urban areas, it has also caused vibration effects on the surrounding environment of the rail. In order to solve the above problems, steel spring isolators and steel spring floating plate vibration reducing tracks have been proposed under the track bed.

Product structure: (1) Outer sleeve: Generally composed of metal materials, poured into floating slab concrete, it is a force transmission device between the floating slab and the inner sleeve of the isolator. (2) Inner sleeve: composed of steel springs and damping agents, it is the core component of the vibration isolator. (3) Level the steel plate.

The outer sleeve is embedded in the concrete track plate, and the load of the track plate is transmitted to the inner sleeve through the height adjustment and locking device. The metal spring in the inner sleeve provides elasticity in the floating plate system. The mass of the track plate and the elasticity of the metal spring can convert some vibration energy, reducing the transmission of vibration generated by train operation to the lower foundation.

Applicable scenarios

The product is suitable for various types of rail transit, urban (suburban) railways, intercity railways, trams, etc. Mainly used in scenarios with special needs for vibration reduction and noise reduction, such as hospitals, schools, museums, concert halls, residential areas, TOD property development, cultural relics buildings, precision instrument laboratories, etc., which are sensitive to vibration and require special attention to vibration reduction and noise reduction in adjacent building areas. It has been widely used in nearly 40 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Changsha, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing, and more than 160 rail transit lines.
